This workshop introduces unique Chinese methods designed to increase energy
while quickly reducing stress.
Stress is our body's automatic response to difficult or threatening situations. Stress is
not a disease, but acute or chronic stress can lead to many
disorders and imbalances in the body. This can often lead
to health problems such as:
